(1) Remove the idle gear shaft mounting bolt and idle gear thrust plate, and then use a special tool to pull out the auxiliary idle gear assembly. (2) Remove the idle gear thrust plate. (3) Remove the idle gear shaft from the auxiliary idle gear. 1. Clearance detection of idle gear shaft and idle gear bushing. (3) Install idle gear shaft refueling holes in the up and down directions. SAPHSAPH installs the idle gear thrust plate on the idle gear shaft. (5) Apply engine oil to the bolt joint surface of the idle gear shaft mounting bolt and the threaded part of the bolt.

(6) Install the mounting bolts of the idle gear shaft. (1) Install the idle gear shaft on the main idle gear. (2) Install the idle gear thrust plate. The SAPH auxiliary idle gear puts the oil hole of the idle gear shaft on the side of the oil pan (face down). As detailed in A, it is aligned with the timing when the crank gear matches the main idle gear and is installed. SAPH applies engine oil to the bolt contact surface of the idle gear shaft mounting bolts and the threaded parts of the bolts. (5) Install the mounting bolts of the idle gear shaft.
